Accordant by CadM is a web-based workplace and space management platform that brings together space planning, workplace operations, occupancy, moves, bookings and workplace analytics within a single system. Developed by CadM since 1992 and now in its 11th major version, Accordant provides enterprise-level workplace management capabilities without the complexity often associated with larger IWMS platforms. It is used by organisations across financial services, government, healthcare, education, manufacturing, technology, media and corporate real estate. Accordant combines space management, move and change management, desk and room booking, occupancy and utilisation tracking, workplace analytics, asset management, visitor management, facility requests, wayfinding, neighbourhood management, block and stack planning and scenario planning. The platform is built around a visual approach to workplace management, linking workplace data directly to interactive CAD-based floor plans. Users can plan and manage space, moves, people, assets and workplace changes visually, using drag-and-drop planning tools and live data.
